LOK Exercise 44 -- Accumulating Feelings (Last in Series G)

Practice 'accumulating' positive feelings as they come up, and then 'pour' this accumulated reservoir of feeling into neutral or negtive feelings when they arise. This practice has a direct healing effect, counteracting stress, releasing and opening up the entanglements of negativity. It can be deepened through personal instruction.
